Ella brings more than eight years of experience in the senior care industry, along with a strong background in healthcare management and leadership. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management and Leadership from Bellevue College and has dedicated her career to supporting older adults with compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
Throughout her career, Ella has worked closely with seniors and their families, developing a deep understanding of the unique needs that come with aging. Her experience leading care teams and overseeing the delivery of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) has helped ensure seniors receive personalized, high-quality care while maintaining their dignity and independence.
Passionate about building exceptional care experiences, Ella is committed to strengthening care delivery, supporting caregivers, and helping families feel confident that their loved ones are receiving the respect and attention they deserve.
